Scheduling & cookies

Consultations and training sessions are arranged directly with me by email or phone, so your booking details are not passed to a third-party scheduling service and no scheduling cookies are set when you use this site. No third-party scripts are preloaded before you visit the booking page.

Data retention & your choices

Booking and enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for coaching and record-keeping purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing amy@vitalitybyamy.com.
