Low impact is not low effort

Training is adjusted to what your body can do today — and then gradually developed. Strength, endurance, coordination, mobility, and confidence all grow when the work is consistent and appropriately challenging. Kind to your joints, honest about the effort.

Please speak with an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program — particularly if you have an injury, a medical condition, recent surgery, unexplained symptoms, or significant mobility restrictions. Coaching provided here is educational and does not replace individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
