About the trainer
Hi, I'm Amy.
A working mom, fitness instructor, military veteran, and someone genuinely dedicated to strength, wellness, and an active lifestyle. I understand firsthand that fitness has to fit into real life.
I also understand what changes as we age — the joints that speak up, the recovery that takes longer, the schedule that never lets up. That is not a reason to stop. It is a reason to train differently.
My story and philosophy
Over the years, I've learned that taking care of yourself isn't about spending hours in a gym, committing to fad diets, or doing unrealistic workout routines. It's about finding ways to stay motivated and active, build strength, move well, and nourish your body — even when life is busy.
That's why I created Vitality by Amy.
I work with people who want to feel stronger, move better, and have more energy without relying solely on a gym or choreographed classes. My programming uses your own body weight, natural resistance, functional movement, and practical wellness strategies to build strength and healthy habits that fit into your everyday life.
You can achieve your goals with accurate information and proper support. Strength can be built at home. Movement can happen anywhere. And nutrition doesn't have to be complicated.
It's never too late to become your strongest self.
